The hand is dealt and played as standard 7-Card Stud, except that up cards after the first round are dealt to the center of the table. The low showing hand gets to choose one of the new up cards from the center and add it to his, then the next lowest, and so on until the highest hand takes the last remaining card, then betting occurs. This happens three times, then a final down card is dealt.
Jokers can be used as wild cards, or a Happy rule can be applied.
