The hand is dealt as standard 7-Card Stud.
A card rank is chosen before dealing starts. If that card comes face up during the round, then at the end of a round all up cards are rotated once to the left. If the same rank comes up more than once, rotate to the left by the number of cards of that rank that came up that round.
Two-Way - Choose two ranks. If one comes up, rotate left. If the other comes up, rotate right. Rotates are additive, and can cancel out.
Wild - The chosen rank(s) can also be Wild.
Both variations can be combined.
